You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of Inprints.in, or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Inprints.in has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. Inprints.in reserves the right to add to, delete from or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice.
Use of Site
- You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Inprints.in (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from Inprints.in does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by Inprints.in.
- You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or another intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable. Inprints.in may terminate its service to customers found to be using Inprints.in to engage in undesirable activities.
- You may not use this Site to send or use e-cards in any manner that would constitute the transmission of Spam or unsolicited e-mails. You may not use scripting or other programs to automate the creation and/or transmission of e-cards. Inprints.in reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, to limit the number of recipients to which you may send an e-card and/or limit the number of e-cards that you may send.
- You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
Transfer of Title
- The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping points and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.
- We will print your File with Printing Settings provided by you. Please check your Matter and Printing Setting before sending the File to us, we shall not be responsible for any Error/Mistake/Financial Loss after receiving the file and Printing Settings from the Customer. We are not Liable to inform & Confirm with the customer about printing settings and files
Indemnification
- You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Inprints.in and all parties from whom Inprints.in has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
Disclaimer of Warranty
- The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the site. These references and links are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Inprints.in or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Inprints.in has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Inprints.in or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from the mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Inprints.in be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content. In no event shall Inprints.in be responsible for any delays/damages occurred during the transit of shipments
Site Feedback
- Any comments, suggestions, proposals, or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Inprints.in in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Inprints.in on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Inprints.in. By submitting any such information to Inprints.in, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your rights, title, and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Inprints.in shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
Payment
- You have to pay online and in advance for the printed copy of the Document.
- We can change the prices of your service at any time
- Due to some technical issue, print invoice option is not working properly and we are working on updating the same. We share the correct invoice to the customer through mail for each order placed on our website. Please refer the invoice shared through mail for any clarifications.
Confidentiality
- Your files uploaded by you shall be deleted as soon as the printout is taken and shall not be shared with anyone or stored with Inprints.in under any circumstances.
- Inprints.in takes no responsibility for documents commonly available on the web.
- The Document remains the property of its copyright holder at all times. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You hold copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder, for the reproduction of all text, images, designs, and any other intellectual property contained in all Electronic Files uploaded to www.Inprints.in for printing and/or binding
- Printing of Certificate Issued by Government Authority or Any Other institution.
- We Don’t Print Certificates / Mark-sheets Issued by any Government Authority or Any Other Institutions.
Cancellation Charge
- 10% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted.
Delivery Terms & Conditions –
- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Inprints.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
- Delivery time is 4 to 7 Working Days and the Other States 7 – 10 Working Days. In the Case of Soft Cover Binding, Hard Binding, Glue Tape Binding, and Saddle Stitch Binding we will take 1 or 2 Working Days Extra.
- Delivery Timing will be calculated from the Next Working day of the Order placed.
- If your file is scanned or more than 100MB in size then mentioned delivery timings on the website is not applicable you can contact us to know to delivery timing for that kind of file.
- That you agree to bear the risk of delay in delivery of goods caused due to a third party (being the logistics provider) and Inprints.in would not be held responsible in any of such cases. This is for the best interest of all parties in concern.
Offers
- These promotions are time bound and details regarding start and end time of the promotion will be available on the App and desktop banner.
- The offer might get communicated to customers via notification or e-mailers or sms which will land users on the offer page
- As a part of the construct, some coupons get applicable only if the total value of post discounted price of all the products in the shopping bag exceeds a minimum threshold on payment page or “Apply Coupon” page within Shopping Bag.
- Each coupon is identified by a code and has different Discount. The claimant can decide and Choose one Offer during the booking phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.
- In case the customer gets “free delivery” option through any coupon, ongoing offer or as a special case – Inprints.in reserves the right to select delivery partner itself. No preferences on delivery partner selected by the customer shall be applicable.
- After, Placing the order customer can not use Offer or Coupon Code.
- Free Delivery Offers are available for Selected Pincode.
The Difference in printing Settings or Sizes or Binding
- Due to Some Errors or Mistake, Book Binding has an error or different binding as per your selection. Then, we are liable to refund for binding charges only.
- At Website, We have Given Different Papers Sizes for Selection, We will try to keep the size according to selection but Finishing size of the product may vary.
- We Don’t Do Borderless printing. So, Every print have the margin on all side and you can request us to cut the margins and it depends on the availability of service.
- We are not liable for the margins issue of the File provided by you. We will print exactly as per the document provided.
- We Pay For Return Shipping- We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective (Not as per Printing Settings you have selected), damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
- Once an order is successfully placed on Inprints.in, any requests for modifications must be submitted promptly. However, it is important to note that the fulfillment of modification requests is solely at the discretion of our team. We will make efforts to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee the modifications of order at any stage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
- The “Special Instruction” box provided during the ordering process is designed to allow customers to provide additional details or specific requirements related to their orders. We understand the importance of clear communication and strive to accommodate these instructions whenever feasible. However, please note that due to the high volume of orders we receive, there may be instances where special instructions are overlooked during the processing stage. While we make every effort to ensure all instructions are taken into consideration, we cannot guarantee that they will be fully implemented in all cases. It is recommended that customers verify their order details before finalizing the purchase. If you have specific requirements that are critical to your order. Please be advised that in cases where special instructions are not followed, refunds may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding of this matter and your collaboration in helping us provide you with the best service possible.
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice
- Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
- Objectionable Material
  - You understand that by using this Site or any services provided on the Site, you may encounter Content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which Content may or may not be identified as such. You agree to use the Site and any service at your sole risk and that to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Inprints.in and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.
- File Issues –
  - We accept the following file types – PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, ZIP.
  - If Any file format (PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, ZIP) Provided by the customer is corrupted, Incomplete, Not Printable, the Color difference (Different on the Computer and different in Print) then we are not responsible for that. We will Use your given file to print as per the printing settings given by the customer. If Printing settings are not as per customer selection due to a fault in the file then we are not liable for the loss.
  - Sometimes The Margins, Fonts and Characters are replaced because of Different Versions or Different fonts due to this sometimes you will get different printed materials as compare to DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX File and we are not responsible for that. We Highly recommend uploading PDF file.
- Refund And Cancellation Policy –
  - If you have found any issue in order which you have received then please send the Picture of the order with the order number to Inprints.in. We will try to find the best solution for that.
  - Any issue will not entertain after 15 days of order delivery.
  - Inprints.in try to deliver you the best quality products with your customization, which would be of use only to you. So, unfortunately, it’s not possible to return or cancel an order after it has been placed.
  - However, in order to provide you an excellent online shopping experience, we are here to help you out in the best possible manner in case if you are unhappy with our product.
  - Your order can also be canceled if our team finds your payment has not been received. In case the payment for the order is not made, we will automatically cancel the order. An email notification will be sent to you when we cancel the order.
  - If a customer has paid twice for one transaction, one of the two transaction amounts will be refunded via same source within 15 working days.
  - No, any refund will be issued for minor issues like Scratch on Print, Corner Folded, Corners damaged, Small or Minor Dots on Print, Small or Minor lines on print etc.
  - If Binding is Damaged then Refund will be Made for Binding only.
  - If You have ordered Multiple Products and you have received one product with an issue then Refund will be made for only 1 product.
- Cookies –
